Mila was the kind of girl who could turn a quiet afternoon into a whole scene without even trying. She’d been wandering around her house, when she spotted her dog walking by with those ridiculous holiday antlers someone had put on him. Instead of rolling her eyes, she burst out laughing. She grabbed her phone, ready to turn this into a moment worth remembering.
She followed the dog around like a paparazzi, snapping pictures as he strutted across the kitchen tiles like he owned the place. But Mila wasn’t really thinking about the dog, she was thinking about how she could use these photos to get attention from her friends. She knew exactly which ones would comment and which ones would pretend they didn’t care even though they absolutely did. Mila lived for that kind of energy, playful and just a little dramatic.
Eventually, she plopped down on the floor beside her dog, scrolling through the pictures and picking her favorites. The antlers made him look like he was posing for a holiday card, and she couldn’t stop giggling. She imagined everyone’s reaction, the way they would tease her about her “fashion‑icon dog,” and the thought alone made her grin.
By the time she finally posted the pictures, Mila felt like her whole day had turned around. And as the notifications started rolling in, she leaned back, satisfied. Her dog might have been the one wearing the antlers, but Mila was the one stealing the spotlight, just the way she liked it.
